NOW HIRING: PODCAST EDITOR
We are seeking a skilled Podcast Editor to join our team on a per-project basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in audio editing, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines. In addition to editing audio, the Podcast Editor may be required to write podcast descriptions, include time stamps, and link mentioned resources.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw audio files to produce polished, high-quality podcast episodes.
- Ensure audio levels, transitions, and quality are consistent throughout each episode.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and other audio elements to enhance the podcast listening experience.
- Write compelling podcast descriptions that effectively summarize episode content and entice listeners.
- Include accurate time stamps for major segments or topics discussed within each episode.
- Research and include relevant links to resources, websites, or products mentioned during the podcast.
- Collaborate with producers to understand their vision and requirements for each episode.
- Manage and prioritize multiple editing projects to meet deadlines.

- This is a freelance position with projects assigned on a per-project basis.
- Flexible working hours, but must be able to meet project deadlines.
- This is a remote position.
