PODCAST LAUNCH VIP DAY
Let’s take the stress of a long podcast launch timeline off your plate! With a VIP Podcast launch, we’ll plan and launch your podcast over a two day period (a 1 hour pre-launch meeting and one VIP launch day). The full podcast launch set-up includes a custom workflow setup in Asana for ongoing production, a content strategy plan, and launch support. We’ll kickoff your planning with a one hour pre-consult planning session to review your goals and needs for your podcast launch!
In our VIP Launch Day, we’ll complete the following
– Finalizing Your Podcast Music
– Writing/Recording Your Intro & Outro
– Writing your podcast description
– Editing your trailer, intro, & outro
– Plan & outline the first three episodes for launch.
– Develop a content strategy & plan for the first three months of episodes (15 episodes).
– Account creation and set up for a podcast hosting platform (Libsyn, Acast, Blubrry)
– Submit RSS to Podcast Players (two factor authentication)
– Create promotional graphic types (show cover, episode cover, and promotional options)
– Create podcast pre-launch and launch strategy (email announcements, social media promotional, launch team list)
Additionally, we’ll focus on one key area of your podcast for the day:
– Workflow Implementation
– Content Planning & Strategy
– Podcast Resource Hub on Website
